FPM (Industry) at Indian Institute of Management Indore is a unique doctoral programme in management for working professionals. With the rapid expansion of management education in India, it has become inevitable that top business schools cater to the need of the faculty by producing excellent researchers and academicians who have a strong practical experience of the corporate world.
Two months after the completion of the course work, a candidate is given a comprehensive examination to assess the suitability of the candidate for the thesis work. The likely date for the examination is 15th February 2012.
Applicants must have Master’s degree in any discipline, with at lease 55 per cent marks or equivalent grade point average Professional qualifications like CA, ICWA, CS with at least 55 percent marks or equivalent grade point average 4 years/8 semester bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech.) with at least 60 per cent marks or equivalent grade point average.
Application form can be downloaded from its official website. The completed application form with a demand draft of Rs500 drawn in favour of Indian Institute of Management Indore, payable at Indore should be sent to FPM office latest by 20th January 2011.
